The building Casa Rustica was built near the existing Holiday home Bozac. Casa Rustica is a combination of rural turism facility - excursion point for up to 30 persons, and three rental vacation rooms with bathrooms. The facility is suitable for organization of various celebrations and celebrations (weddings, confirmations, communions, baptisms, etc.), group excursions and other events.

The renovation of the building preserved Istrian traditional architecture, with the addition of house extensions built in modern style. The result is a rustic building that exudes tradition and meets the modern demands of contemporary guest.

Rooms

The first floor features three separate bedrooms.

Room LAVANDA - double room with double bed, bathroom and balcony.

Room RUZMARIN - triple bedroom with one double bed, a single bed and a bathroom.

Room MENDULA - double room with double bed and a bathroom with whirlpool bathtub.

All rooms are equipped with SAT-TV, WI-FI, telephone, hairdryer, safe.

House surroundings

Guests can use the outdoor swimming pool and large children's playground, deck chairs and outdoor shower. Beside the pool there is an outdoor grill.

Terms of reservation

In order to confirm your reservation we require a 50% deposit of the total value of the booking.
If the guest cancels up to 72 hours prior to arrival, he pays 100% of the total value of the booking.
If the guest cancels 10 days prior to arrival, he pays 70% of the total value of the booking.
If the guest shortens his stay on arrival, he pays 100% of the total value of the booking.
If the guest extends his stay on arrival, we give the discount of 10%.

SOJOURN TAX: Not included in the price, it costs 14 HRK. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from paying tax, and children aged 12-18 years are paying 50% of the regular price.

DISCOUNTS: for stays longer than 5 days in the period February - May and November - February, 10% discount.
